1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website signalconnectcore.click or booking any technical education sessions, diagnostic clinics, or coaching mentorship programs provided by Signal Connect Core ("the Organization", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the Client", "Operator", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Nature of Services & Educational Scope

Signal Connect Core provides specialized technical education, consulting, and diagnostic coaching in the areas of crypto mining hardware efficiency, custom firmware parameters, per-chip voltage stepping, thermal management, and power distribution analysis.

All coaching clinics, lab protocols, and recommendations are educational and advisory. The Client retains sole and complete operational, electrical, and physical custody of their mining hardware, facility wiring, and network infrastructure. Signal Connect Core does not provide financial investment advice, nor do we guarantee specific monetary yields or token prices.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary educational materials, including diagnostic worksheets, voltage offset calculation models, lab protocols, and article publications made available on this website or during coaching sessions, are the intellectual property of Signal Connect Core. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your internal facility operations. You may not resell, republish, or commercially redistribute our courseware without prior written consent.

4. Client Responsibilities & Hardware Safety

The Client acknowledges that modifying electronic parameters, firmware settings, voltages, and frequencies on high-power computing hardware carries inherent risks, including thermal stress, power supply overload, and potential voiding of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranties. The Client is responsible for:

• Maintaining adequate facility ventilation, cooling fluid circulation, and fire suppression systems.
• Ensuring all electrical distribution panels, transformers, and circuit breakers comply with local electrical codes.
• Verifying emergency high-temperature cutoff mechanisms before applying custom clock profiles.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law in the Republic of Korea, Signal Connect Core and its instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, downtime, hardware malfunction, silicon degradation, or electrical failures arising from the application of advice, parameters, or documentation provided during coaching sessions.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any contractual agreements relating to our coaching services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea (Republic of Korea), without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Republic of Korea.
